Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Parents or guardians can create an account by downloading the app and signing up with an email address and password. No personal information about children is required.
Is the app really free?
Yes! Time Table Master is completely free to use with no in-app purchases, advertisements, or hidden fees.
What devices are supported?
Time Table Master works on iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android phones and tablets, and modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Using the App
How does the adaptive learning work?
The app uses a spaced repetition algorithm (based on SM-2) combined with Bayesian skill estimation to adapt question difficulty to your child's current level. It determines their skill level in 5-10 questions and continuously adjusts.
Can my child use the app offline?
Yes! The app works completely offline. All practice sessions are saved locally and automatically sync when an internet connection is available.
How do I track my child's progress?
Log into the app and navigate to the "Progress" page to see detailed statistics including mastery of each multiplication fact, response times, and learning trends over time.
Account & Data
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings in the app and select "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account and progress automatically sync across all devices when you're connected to the internet.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account through the Settings page in the app. Alternatively, email us at support@ofenbock.com with your request, and we'll delete all your data within 30 days.
How do I clear practice history?
Go to Settings and tap "Clear All History" to remove all practice and test data while keeping your account active.
Privacy & Safety
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Apple's Kids Category requirements. We collect only educational data (practice results) and do not share any information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Are there ads in the app?
No. Time Table Master is completely ad-free with no third-party advertisements or tracking.
Does the app have social features or chat?
No. The app has no social networking features, chat, or messaging to ensure child safety.
Technical Issues
The app isn't syncing between my devices
Make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices and that you have an active internet connection. Sync happens automatically when online. You can also manually trigger a sync from the Settings page.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
The app is running slowly
Try closing and reopening the app. If performance issues persist, clear the app cache through your device settings or reinstall the app (your data will remain safe in the cloud).

For Parents
As a parent or guardian, you have full control over your child's learning experience:
- View Progress: Access detailed learning statistics and mastery levels
- Export Data: Request a copy of all your child's learning data
- Delete Data: Remove all practice history or delete the entire account
- Control Access: Only you (with the login credentials) can access the account
